Assignment Management

What is Assignment Management?​

Assignment Management is a feature that lets you give homework or assignments to your students and receive their submissions. You can check which students have submitted their work and download the files they've submitted.

What can you do with Assignment Management?
  • Give assignments to your students
  • Check which students have submitted their work
  • Download submitted assignment files
  • Edit or delete assignments you've created

How to use Assignment Management​

Go to Assignment Management​

📍 Main Page → Click your class in the timetable → Click [Assignment Management] in the left sidebar

Step 1: Create a new assignment​

  1. Click the [+Add Assignment] button to go to the assignment creation screen

Step 2: Write your assignment details​

  1. Fill in the following information:
    • Assignment title: The name students will see
    • Assignment content: Detailed instructions for what students need to do
    • When to publish: Choose when students will see the assignment

Step 3: Edit or delete assignments​

If you want to change or remove an assignment you've created:

  1. In the [Assignment Management] list, click the [More] button
  2. To edit: You can change the assignment content
  3. To delete: Click the [Delete] button

Step 4: Check student submissions​

To see which students have submitted their assignments:

  1. In the [Assignment Management] list, click the [More] button
  2. You can see which students have submitted their work
  3. You can download the submitted assignment files
