4. Running a class

📍 Class Schedule → Click the class in the timetable​

Click a class in the timetable to open its class page. The class page opens on Announcement, and the class Invite code with [Copy Invitation Code] stays at the top of every class page.

Class menu​

The left menu changes to the class you opened. To switch to another class, use the class name at the top of the menu.

  • Class Schedule: Go back to your timetable.
  • Quizpang Settings: Create quizzes and run live quizzes. See Quizpang.
  • Web & app control presets: Save the blocking settings you use often and apply them during Focus Time.
  • Focus Time: Share your screen, see student screens, lock screens and share materials. See Focus Time.
  • Exam Supervision: Check and run exam supervision.
  • Snappang: Collect and share photos of student activities.
  • Announcement: Create and review class notices. See Class Announcements.
  • Sticker: Send praise stickers to students.
  • Assignment Management: Create, collect and grade assignments. See Assignment Management.
  • Roster: Manage student information and participation. See Roster.
While Focus Time is running

The other class menus are locked while Focus Time is running. End Focus Time first to move to another menu.
