Class Announcements

📍 Main Page → Click the class in the timetable → Click [Announcement] in the left sidebar

  1. Click the [+Class Announcement] button to go to the Create New Announcement screen.
  1. Enter a title, when to publish the announcement, and content, and click the [Register] button to register the announcement.

    info
    • You can set when to publish the announcement.

      • Immediately: The announcement will be visible to students as soon as you register it.

      • Schedule: You can schedule the announcement to be made public by specifying a date and time of your choice.

    • By clicking the [+ Add classes to announce] button, you can announce what you're creating to multiple classes at the same time.

    • You can also add images, photos, and attachments to your announcement.

    • Registered announcements can be viewed on the student app/web.

Editing and Deleting

  1. To edit an announcement, click the [View Content] button on the right side of the announcement in the announcement list to go to the details screen.

  2. To delete an announcement, click the [Delete] button on the right side of the announcement you want to delete in the announcement list.

tip

In the announcement details screen, you can check the list of students who have read and haven't read the announcement.
