4. Logout

After finishing a class or using focuspang, always make sure to log out. Logging out protects your personal information and helps the next class run smoothly.

How to Log Out​

Step 1: Open Settings​

Click Settings in the left menu, under Management.

Step 2: Log out​

Click [Logout].

On the same page you can change your Pseudonym (click the refresh button for a new one) and click [Save], or change the language in the language menu below [Logout].

Always Remember to Log Out​

Make sure to log out in the following situations:

1. After classes

  • End of each class: Log out when a class ends.
  • Breaks: Before a long break or lunchtime.
  • Before going home: After using a school device.

2. When security is needed

  • Leaving your seat: Even for a short time.
  • After using a friend’s device: If you borrowed someone else’s device.

Common Issues and Solutions​

If you cannot log out​

  1. Force close the app: Exit the app completely and open it again.
  2. Restart your device: Restart your computer or tablet.
  3. Check your network connection: Make sure you are connected to the internet.
  4. Ask your teacher: If the problem continues, ask your teacher for help.

If a duplicate login occurs​

  1. Log out from all devices: Make sure you are logged out from every device you used.
  2. Wait a few minutes: Wait 5–10 minutes before logging in again.
  3. Use only one device: Log in on only one device at a time.
  4. Ask your teacher for help: Contact your teacher if the issue continues.
